Gomukh Aasan:

Exercise to Reduce Fat from Thighs - Gaumukh Asana

Gaumukh Asana is a simple and effective way of reducing the fat from your thighs. Sit cross-legged or in Sukh asana. Relax your body and fold your left leg diagonally in such a way that your left heel touches your right buttock, now place your right leg over the left leg and touch the left buttock on the side. Place your hands either on the ankles or on your knees which ever is comfortable. Hold this position while breathing deep. Now relax and repeat with the other leg. If you notice, the spine will automatically straighten in this asana thus serving two purposes, correcting posture and burning the fat off your thighs.





Massage for Healthy skin:
Ayurveda and Yoga stresses on the concept of massages. According to Sandeep Chaudhary you must use either sesame oil or ghee for a good massage. While massaging, make sure you do with care and feel the skin absorbing the oil. Try to be one with your body while massaging. Have a hot water bath for the proper effect. You are sure to feel elated and relaxed and your body will be clean and will have a natural sheen.



Yoga for Soft Skin:
Take malai or cream in a cup and mix almond's skin. Take the paste and apply it on your body before sleeping. When it dries, you may feel your skin pulling, do not worry as this happens because your body gets attached to the paste. Take a warm water shower when you wake up in the morning. You will then see your skin glow and your hands and legs softer than before.




For Body and Soul Coordination:
Do you know the difference between your soul and your body? Soul is nothing but the energy you have within. When you sit with your family members make sure that you try to express your feelings. Always use your body language to perfection. It is present in our tradition itself. You might have noticed that an elder person always rubs his hands over a younger person to express the feelings but this gesture in fact relaxes both the persons. Do this gesture at least once a day.

It is very difficult to cope up with this fast routine. It is natural that you may get pessimistic in your views. Express your feelings whenever you feel low or depressed. Always share your emotional feelings too. Did you know that even your body can speak with the help of the eyes?




Exercise to Relax yourself - Shawasana
Lie down in a straight position and keep your hands open. Close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. Now, slowly shift your concentration on your joints. Relax your body and again concentrate on your breathing. Take deep breaths and keep smiling. Now think about your face and slowly get back to your normal by taking deep breaths.

You can also fast by drinking fresh fruit juices in the same quantity five to six times a day. Also, you must have fruit juices by keeping it in your mouth for sometime and letting it mix it with the saliva before swallowing.
