Ingredients:
For 2 medium pizza
Dough:
2 3/4 cups All Purpose flour (Plain flour or Maida)
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tablespoon dry active yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Topping:
2 cups chopped tomatos
1/2 green bell pepper chopped in medium square shape
1 large onion chopped in same shape
Shredded cheese
Black pepper powder
Salt
Method:
Dough:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let it sit for about 10 minutes or until the yeast becomes frothy.
Add sugar, salt and oil to the flour and mix well.
Add the yeast water and make into a dough. The dough should be soft and a little sticky. Add more water if needed.
Cover the dough and let it sit for about four hours. The dough should be double in volume.
Knead the dough well using a little dry flour.
Topping:
Take some oil on a frying pan.
Shallow fry the onion and red bell pepper , add some salt to it to make it soft quickly.
Similarly shallow fry the tomatos till it becomes smooth and add black pepper to it.
Pizza:
Pre-heat the oven to 500 degrees, placing a pizza stone inside for about 30 minutes so the pizza stone will be hot.
Divide the dough in to two equal parts and roll into two 8 inch diameter pizzas.
Put about a half teaspoon of olive oil over the pizza. Evenly spread the tomatos and onion ,bell pepper mixture onto the pizza.
Spread the shredded cheese evenly above that.
Let it cook for about 7 minutes, or until the edges are golden-brown.

चिमुटभर हिंग
बारीक कापलेली कोथिंबीर
मीठ
oil fry करण्याकरता
हि सामग्री साधारण २ लोकांन करता
Procedure
सगळ्या डाळी ५-६ तास पाण्यामध्ये भिजत घाला.
सगळ्या डाळी mixture मधून बारीक करून घ्या आणि घट्ट मिश्रण बनवा.
डाळी बारीक करतानाच आले लसून आणि हिंग पण त्यातच बारीक करून mix करा.
बारीक कापलेला कांदा,कोथिंबीर,हिरवी मिर्ची आणि लाल तिखट,मीठ,ओवा डाळीच्या paste मध्ये mix करा.
आणि सगळे मिश्रण फेटून घ्या ,आता त्याचे छोटे छोटे वडे बनवा
आणि तेलामध्ये डिप fry करा साधारण लाल होऊ दया.
आणि हिरव्या चटणी बरोबर serve करा

Moong Masala Dosa
by Yogini Patil, Trondheim,Norway.
Ingredients:
1 cups rice
2 cup moong
salt to taste
Oil
green chili paste
Masala Filling:
2 large potatoes
1 medium onion (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon yellow split peas
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1-2 green chili
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
Procedure:
Separately soak rice and moong at least 5- 6 hours in water.
Grind to paste.
Mix together, add salt with water to make batter.
Leave in room temperature at least 15 min.
Mix chili paste to the thin batter.
Heat pan or griddle with little ghee or oil.
Spread the mix on pan in circular motion to make thin Dosa.
Cook on both the sides, if desired.
Masala Filling (Spicy Filling):
Heat oil. Add mustard seed, peas, onions and spice.
Fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat or/until onions are turned into golden brown
Add potatoes and mix and cook some more Serve
Add filling inside Dosa and roll. Serve hot with Chutney.
